According to Todd Archer, the Cowboys are scheduled to meet with free agent S George Iloka on Friday.
Iloka recently visited with the Raiders, so it appears as though interest is finally starting to pick up for him.
As for the Cowboys, they’ve clearly been in the market for safety and recently met with the Eric Berry. However, he left Dallas without a deal in place and could take other visits in the near future.
Iloka, 28, is a former fifth-round pick of the Bengals back in 2012. He was in the third year of his five-year, $30 million contract that includes $5 million guaranteed when the Bengals elected to cut him loose during the preseason.
The Vikings later signed Iloka to a one-year contract is worth the veteran minimum of $790,000.
In 2018, Iloka appeared in all 16 games for the Vikings and recorded 16 tackles, no interceptions, and a forced fumble.
