According to WFAA TV in Dallas, Cowboys RB Joseph Randle was arrested for shoplifting over the weekend.
- Frisco police say that Randle’s was arrested at Dillard’s inside the Stone Briar Mall Monday.
- Frisco Lt. Jason Jenkins said Randle was arrested for stealing underwear and cologne from Dillard’s, per Tim MacMahon.
Randle has reportedly been charged with a Class B Misdemeanor of theft, which ranging from $50 to $500. He has already posted bond after he was booked into jail.
Randle, 22, had received some praise in recent weeks for his play behind DeMarco Murray, but this is a pretty embarrassing situation for an NFL player that is making $495,000 this year. He still has three years remaining on his rookie contract.
On the season, Randle has ran for 113 yards on 16 carries (7.1 YPC) and has scored no touchdowns.
