Eagles Sign S Chris Johnson To Practice Squad

The Eagles announced on Tuesday they have signed S Chris Johnson to the practice squad. 

Here’s an updated look at Philadelphia’s practice squad:

Johnson, 24, signed with the Texans as an undrafted free agent out of North Alabama. He was waived by Houston coming out of the preseason and re-signed to the practice squad. 

Houston released Johnson from the practice squad in October. 

As a senior, Johnson recorded 47 total tackles, two interceptions and three pass defenses. Johnson has yet to appear in an NFL game.
