Giants Place OT Bobby Hart On Injured Reserve

Field Yates reports that the Giants officially placed OT Bobby Hart on injured reserve Monday.

Hart had been on waivers during the playoffs, so he didn’t technically clear waivers until today.

Hart, 23, is a former seventh-round pick of the Giants back in 2015. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year, $2,351,588 contract and set to make a base salary of $705,000 for the 2018 season.

The Giants waived him with an injury designation back in December.

In 2017, Hart appeared in 10 games for the Giants and was rated by Pro Football Focus as the No. 82 offensive tackle out of 86 qualifying players at the time.
