Giants Trying Out Three Including LB Tim Williams

The New York Giants are bringing in free agent LB Tim Williams, TE Nakia Griffi-Stewart and DT Tyler Clark for tryouts, per Aaron Wilson.

Williams, 26, is a former third-round pick of the Ravens back in 2017. He was in the third year of his four-year, $3.39 million contract when the Ravens waived him last year.

Green Bay claimed Williams off waivers but later cut him and added him to the practice squad. Williams re-signed to a futures deal for 2020 but was waived coming out of training camp. 

From there, Williams signed on to the Seahawks practice squad a few weeks later but was later cut loose. 

In 2019, Williams appeared in four games for the Ravens and one game for the Packers, recording two tackles and no sacks.
