Ian Rapoport reports that the Jets worked out free agentย DE Hau’oli Kikaha and CB Josh Robinson on Wednesday.
- According to Manish Mehta, the Jets brought in free agent pass rushersย Nate Orchard and Charles Tapper for workouts on Wednesday.
Orchard, 25, is a former second-round pick of the Browns back in 2015. He was in the final year of his four-year, $4.466 million contract and set to make a base salary of $705,000 for the 2018 season when the Browns elected to cut him loose coming out of the preseason.
In 2017, Orchard appeared in all 16 games for the Browns and recorded 25 tackles, two sacks and a forced fumble.

Kikaha, 26, is a former second-round pick of the Saints back in 2015. He was in the final year of his four-year, $5.266 million contract that included $3.199 million guaranteed and set to make a base salary of for the 2018ย season when the Saints cut him loose coming out of the preseason.
In 2017, Kikaha appeared in 12 games for the Saints and recorded 10 tackles, four sacks and a pass defense.
Tapper, 25, is a former fourth-round pick of the Cowboys back in 2016. He was in the third year of his four-year, $2.95 million contract and set to make base salaries of $630,000 and $720,000 over the next two years when the Cowboys cut him loose this past weekend.
Dallas later re-signed Tapper to their practice squad only to cut him loose on Tuesday.
In 2017, Tapper appeared in two games and recorded three tackles and a sack for the Cowboys.
