Steelers wide receiver Mike Wallace will start in the teams season opener in Denver according to teammate Emmanuel Sanders, per Ed Bouchette.
While this isn’t official until head coach Mike Tomlin announces that Wallace is starting, Sanders should be in the know.ย Wallace returned to practice for the first time Monday since ending his holdout. In his return to full-team practice, Wallace ran some plays with the first-team offense. If what Sanders is saying is true, then it’s safe to assume that Wallace will return to his previous role.
