Eagles HC Doug Pederson explained that heโs โvery encouragedโ by where Wentz is currently at in terms of his recovery from a torn ACL.
โIโm very encouraged with where heโs at. And what I saw last week is enough to ease my mind. I donโt need to see him in 11-on-11 drills right now,โ Pederson said. โHeโs progressing extremely well. I donโt want to subject him to a setback or anything like that. I want to keep him progressive and moving forward. And those couple days with him were very exciting and very encouraging for me.โ
