Browns

• Browns HC Mike Pettine mentioned during an interview with 92.3 The Fan (via the Cleveland Plain Dealer) that “it’s fair to say” Josh McCown will enter training camp as the team’s starting quarterback.
• However, Pettine wouldn’t commit to McCown opening the regular season as the starter.

Jaguars

• Aaron Wilson reports that East Carolina LB Brandon Williams has a minicamp tryout with the Jacksonville Jaguars

Packers

• Packers waived C Joe Madsen.

Seahawks

• Aaron Wilson reports that East Carolina S Lamar Ivey has a minicamp tryout with the Seattle Seahawks.
