NFL Notes: 49ers, Chargers, & Texans

49ers

• 49ers placed RB Marcus Lattimore on the reserve/NFL list, which will keep him out for the first six weeks of the season. (Adam Schefter)
• 49ers placed LB NaVorro Bowman on the PUP list, which means he too will be out for the first six weeks. (Adam Schefter)
• 49ers also placed FB Trey Millard, CB Keith Reaser and G Brandon Thomas on the Reserve/NFI list.
• TE Garrett Celek and DT Kaleb Ramsey were placed on the Reserve/PUP List.
• 49ers released LB Blake Costanzo from the Injured Reserve List.

Chargers

• G Jeromey Clary is expected to start the season on reserve/PUP list. (Kevin Acee)

• Texans placed S Lonnie Ballentine on season-ending injured reserve.
