• Rick Stroud mentions that he would be surprised if the Buccaneers are willing to pay $13-$15 million per year for Vernon.

Dolphins

• Armando Salguero reports that with the Dolphins likely to lose DE Olivier Vernon, they will look to sign another defensive end.
• According to  Salguero, Rams free agent DE William Hayes is in play for Miami.

Giants

• Jordan Raanan reports that the Giants have “poked around” in the offensive tackle market.
• According to Raanan, the Giants main interest right now appears to be at guard with guys like Alex Boone and Jeff Allen being names to watch.

Saints

• Nick Underhill reports that the Saints are still in the mix for G J.R. Sweezy.

Vikings

• Matt Vensel reports that it appears likely that Vikings free agent G Mike Harris will reach the open market later today.
