Peter King of SI and NFL Network’s Mike Lombardi have both chimed in that the New England Patriots appear to be trading the first pick of the second-round and moving down.
The NFL Network also reports that New England is getting a lot of interest for the #33 pick and could be looking for a 2012 first-round pick in return.
No surprise whenever you hear that the Patriots are looking to move down and this is something that seemed like a obvious scenario considering that they’re basically auction the best player that’s still available.
