Len Pasquarelli the Sports Xchange reports that there are a number of NFL teams that have been doing “increasingly more due diligence” regarding free agent OT Marcus McNeill and his health. Pasquarelli adds that interested team’s are still concerned about his health.
McNeill drew interest from the Philadelphia Eagles a few months ago when they lost Jason Peters for the season after he suffered a ruptured Achilles tendon.
McNeill has dealt with a number of injuries including neck, knee and back injuries in recent year’s, but until he’s able to show team’s that he close to being healthy, he’ll continue to remain a free agent.
