ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that Patriots TE Aaron Hernandez is out for Week 8’s game against the Rams.
Schefter adds that Hernandez is struggling to make cuts on his previously injured ankle and that’s why he is missing this weekends game.

Albert Breer of the NFL Network reports that Patriots TE Aaron Hernandez did not travel with the rest of the team to London for their Week 8 matchup against the St Louis Rams.
Mike Reiss of ESPN Boston adds that Hernandez is expecting the birth of his child, so there’s a chance that he stayed. Reiss adds that he could rejoin the team before Sunday’s game.
Hernandez was absent for Thursday’s practice, so there’s also a chance that he could have re-injured his ankle. We’ll have more updates regarding his status for Sunday’s game.
