Quick, 29, is a former second-round pick of the Rams back in 2012. He played out his rookie contract with the team and re-signed with Los Angeles to a one-year, $3.75 million deal.
After finishing his one-year deal, Quick signed on with the Redskins to another one-year contract in 2017. The Redskins brought him back last year only to cut him loose coming out of the preseason.
Quick returned to Washington a few days later but was once again waived in November.
In 2018, Quick appeared in six games for the Redskins and caught three passes for 18 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
