John Keim reports that the Redskins are releasing WR Brian Quick on Saturday as they cut their roster down to 53 players.

Quick, 28, is a former second-round pick of the Rams back in 2012. He played out his rookie contract with the team and re-signed with Los Angeles to a one-year, $3.75 million deal.
After finishing his one-year deal, Quick signed on with the Redskins to another one-year contract last offseason. The Redskins re-signed him, once again, this offseason.
In 2017, Quick appeared in 11 games for Washington and recorded six receptions for 76 yards receiving (12.7 YPC) and no touchdowns.
