ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that Rams free agent OL Chris Williams has signed a four-year contract with the Bills.
- According to Schefter, Williams’ four-year contract is worth a total value of $13.5 million and includes $5.5 million guaranteed.
That’s a much better deal than I would have expected for a guy who has bounced around in recent years and played poorly in the past.
Williams, 28, was a former first-round pick of the Chicago Bears. He started all 16 games at left guard for the Rams last season.
Pro Football Focus had him rated as the No. 74 guard in the league out of 81 qualifying players.
