The Seattle Seahawks are declining OT Germain Ifedi’s fifth-year option, according to Mike Garafolo.
Ifedi, 24, is a former first-round pick of the Seahawks back in 2016. He’s currently in the final year of his four-year contract worth $8,265,110 and set to make a base salary of $1,577,060 for the 2019 season.
Ifedi will be an unrestricted free agent in 2020.
In 2018, Ifedi appeared in 15 games for the Seahawks and is rated by Pro Football Focus as the No. 71 offensive tackle out of 80 qualifying players.
