The Seattle Seahawks placed LB Mister Alexander on waivers Friday, according to the NFL transactions release.
Alexander, 26, originally signed on with the Houston Texans as an undrafted free agent out of Florida State back in 2011.
He spent the first two and half years with the Texans before he later caught on with the Buccaneers. Not long after that, Alexander signed on to the Cowboys’ practice squad in December of last year and later agreed to a future/reserve contract in January.
Seattle signed to a contract in early March following his release by the Cowboys.
Alexander last appeared in an NFL game during the 2012 season while playing for the Texans. That year, he recorded five tackles over the course of six games. In his two seasons of activity, he has compiled 14 game appearances and 12 total tackles.
