Steelers Place LB Devin Bush On IR, Release P Dustin Colquitt

The Pittsburgh Steelers announced Friday that they’ve released P Dustin Colquitt and placed LB Devin Bush on injured reserve.

The Steelers also promoted DE Henry Mondeaux to their active roster and signed LB Ray Wilborn to their practice squad.

Here’s the Steelers updated practice squad:

  1. DB Antoine Brooks
  2. WR Deon Cain
  3. T Anthony Coyle
  4. WR Amara Darboh
  5. RB Trey Edmunds
  6. LB Jayrone Elliott
  7. T Jarron Jones
  8. TE Kevin Rader
  9. P Corliss Waitman
  10. RB Wendell Smallwood
  11. QB Devlin Hodges
  12. DB John Battle
  13. OT Brandon Walton
  14. WR Cody White
  15. DE Calvin Taylor
  16. LB Ray Wilborn

Bush suffered a torn ACL last week, so this move was expected.

Bush, 22, is a former first-round pick of the Steelers back in 2019. Pittsburgh trade up to get him and parted with first-, second-, and third-round picks to do so.

Bush is in the second year of his four-year, $18,871,758 rookie contract that includes $11,744,916 signing bonus.

In 2020, Bush had recorded 26 tackles, one sack and three passes defended over the course of five games.
