Free agent OT Trai Essex announced that he’ll be returning to the Steelers next season.
Since being taken in the third-round of the draft year’s ago, Essex has been a very inconsistent player for Pittsburgh. Their offensive line obviously needs help, but he’s proven to be a liability at times for them. He’s currently 28 so I guess there’s a chance that he could turn things around, but that would be pretty surprising to say the least.
