Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that the teams have expressed trade interest in S Marcus Maye.
This is on top of inquiries for DL Leonard Williams and WR Robby Anderson, so the Jets could end up being fairly active leading up to Tuesday’s trade deadline.
Maye, 26, is a former second-round pick of the Jets back in 2017. He’s currently in the third year of his four-year, $6.554 million contract that included $4.134 million guaranteed.
In 2019, Maye has appeared in seven games for the Jets and recorded 28 tackles, no interceptions and three pass defenses.
