Texans Sign CB Cornell Armstrong

According to Aaron Wilson, the Texans have signed CB Cornell Armstrong to the 53-man roster. 

Armstrong, 22, was selected by the Dolphins in the sixth round in 2018 out of Southern Mississippi. He signed a four-year, $2,578,408 contract that includes a $118,408 signing bonus.

Armstrong was waived by the Dolphins during final roster cuts this year. 

In 2018, Armstrong appeared in 15 games for the Dolphins and recorded eight total tackles.
