The Titans also designated S Dane Cruikshank to return from injured reserve. He has a 21-day window to practice with the team before Tennessee has to add him to the active roster.

Here’s an updated list of Titans currently on the COVID-19 list:

  1. TE Tommy Hudson (Practice squad)
  2. FB Khari Blasingame
  3. WR Corey Davis
  4. TE MyCole Pruitt
  5. DB Breon Borders (Practice squad)

The COVID-19 list was created this summer for a player who either tests positive for or who has been quarantined after having been in close contact with an infected person or persons.

Players will remain on the list until they are medically cleared to return.

Simmons, 23, if a former first-round pick by the Titans out of Mississippi State in the 2019 NFL Draft. He’s entering the second year of his four-year, $12,663,750 rookie contract that included a $7,230,00 signing bonus.

So far this season, Simmons has appeared in three games and recorded 12 total tackles, one tackle for loss, one sack, and one fumble recovery.
