Bears Sign DL Kapron Lewis-Moore To Futures Deal

The Chicago Bears announced Friday that they’ve signed DL Kapron Lewis-Moore to a future/reserve contract.

Lewis-Moore becomes the 9th player to a sign a futures deal with the Bears.

Future/reserve contracts are essentially an opportunity for players compete for a roster spot in offseason workouts and during training camp.

Lewis-Moore, 26, is a former sixth-round pick of the Ravens back in 2013. The Ravens elected to cut him loose coming out of the preseason but later signed him to their practice squad.

In 2015, Lewis-Moore appeared in five games for the Bears and recorded three tackles and no sacks.
