Broncos Officially Place G Max Garcia On Injured Reserve

The Denver Broncos announced Tuesday that they’ve officially placed G Max Garcia on injured reserve with a torn ACL.

Last Thursday, Garcia took every rep and finished practice before it was discovered that he suffered a torn ACL.

Garcia, 27, is a former fourth-round pick of the Broncos back in 2015. He’s currently in the final year of his four-year, $2.63 million contract and set to make a base salary of $705,000 for the 2018 season.

Garcia will be an unrestricted free agent in 2019.

In 2018, Garcia appeared in nine games for the Broncos.
