Contract Details For Chiefs RB Jamaal Charles’ Two-Year Extension

 

The Kansas City Chiefs have already announced their agreement with Pro Bowl RB Jamaal Charles, but the details regarding the contract are now available.

Charles received a two-year extension from the Chiefs that will keep him under team control through the 2017 season.

• His contract includes $18 million in new money and $28 million over the next four years, according to Mike Garafolo.

Corry mentions that 2014 cap figure could end up being either $9,633,333 or $7,420,833 depending on whether or not his roster bonus is treated as signing bonus.
