According to Eagles RB LeSean McCoy mentioned that he expects to see Dion Lewis to “play a big role” in the team’s offense this season, via CSN Philly.
Lewis, a former fifth-round selection, has reportedly been one of the standout players in the Eagles training camp. There’s already been a lot made about reducing the number of carries for McCoy this season, so he figures to get a shot at proving that he can be an effective compliment, which has been something that the team hasn’t had for a long time.
