The Eagles announced Tuesday that they have reached an agreement with OL Allen Barbre on a three-year contract extension.

Barbre, 29, was a fourth-round selection of the Packers back in 2007. He has bounced around a bit in recent years as he has played for the Dolphins, Seahawks and Eagles since 2010.
He was entering the final year of contract and was set to make a base salary of $730,000 for the 2014 season. Barbre will now be under team control through the 2017 season.
Last year, he was limited to playing just 89 total snaps, according to Pro Football Focus. However, it appears as though the Eagles have plans for to possibly be a rotational lineman in the coming years.
