Eagles Will Start Michael Vick In Preseason Opener

ESPN’s Sal Paolantonio reports that the Eagles will start Michael Vick at quarterback for their preseason opener against the Patriots this Friday, via Adam Schefter.

This is still only the first game of the preseason, so it’s not as though the Eagles are sold on the idea of Vick being their regular season starter.

Recent reports have indicated that the quarterback competition between Vick and Nick Foles is still pretty close, which means the Eagles preseason games will be among the most interesting to watch.
