The Carolina Panthers announced Monday that they’ve signed TE Nate Askew to their practice squad.

The Panthers’ practice squad now consists of:
- TE Nate Askew
- OT David Foucault
- S Marcus Ball (Exception)
- WR Damiere Byrd
- OT Pierce Burton
- C Eric Kush
- DT Chas Alecxih
- DE Rakim Cox
- LB Adarius Glanton (Exception)
- CB Lou Young
Askew, 24, originally signed on with the Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent out of Texas A&M back in May of last year. He was unable to make the 53-man roster during his rookie season, but later signed a future/reserve deal with the Titans towards the end of last year.
Tennessee ultimately waived him in the weeks leading up to the start of the regular season.
He has yet to appear in an NFL game.
