Blake Baratz, the agent for Patriots sixth-round pick DE Zach Moore, announced that his client has signed his contract with the team on Thursday.
This is the first Patriots’ draft pick to sign his contract, but I’m sure there will be a lot signing in the next few days.
Moore posted a school-record 33 sacks at Concordia and is a really impressive physical specimen given his size, strength and versatility.
On top of that, the Patriots also announced that they have parted ways with rookie TE Tyler Beck and first-year LS Charley Hughlett.
New England just signed Beck as an undrafted free agent, but they apparently have better options to consider this offseason.
