Raiders Trying Out Former Rams RB Daryl Richardson

Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post Dispatch reports that the Raiders are bringing in former Rams RBĀ Daryl Richardson for a tryout this week.

Richardson, 25, is a former seventh-round pick of the Rams back in 2012. He spent two years in St. Louis before he was waived and later claimed by the Jets in May of last year.

Unfortunately for Richardson, he was among the Jets’ early roster cuts a few weeks back.

Richardson hasn’t appeared in an NFL game since the 2013 season when he ran for 215 yards on 69 carries (3.1 YPC) to go along with 14 receptions for 121 yards receiving and no touchdowns.
