According to Troy Renck, the Rams have โserious interestโ in free agent CB Kayvon Webster and could be a good landing spot.
Renck adds that Websterโs teammates believe he could be a starter for some team.
Thereโs an obvious connection to the Rams now that theyโve hired DC Wade Phillips as their new defensive coordinator.
Webster, 26, is a former third-round pick of the Broncos back in 2013. He has played out his four- year, $2,745,800 contract and is now in position to test the open market as an unrestricted free agent next month.
In 2016, Webster appeared in 13 games for the Broncos and recorded eight tackles, a pass defense and no interceptions while being a large contributor on special teams.
Weโll have more regarding Webster as the news is available.
