Matt Maiocco of CSN Bay Area reports that the 49ers and CB Perrish Cox have agreed to terms on one-year deal.
Cox, 27, was an restricted free agent, but the 49ers elected not to extend him a tender a few weeks ago.
He was originally drafted by the Denver Broncos in the fifth round of the 2010 NFL Draft, but later joined the 49ers and has spent the past two season in San Francisco.
Last year, he appeared in 11 games and totaled just five tackles for the 49ers.
