Steelers WR Eli Rogers Suffered Torn ACL Last Weekend

According to Gerry Dulac of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Steelers WR Eli Rogers suffered a torn ACL during last weekend’s loss to the Jaguars and it’s possible he may not be ready for the start of the 2018 season.

Rogers, 25, wound up signing on with the Steelers as an undrafted free agent out of Louisville back in 2015. He played out the final year of his three-year, $1,580,000 contract with the Steelers and is now in position to be a restricted free agent in the coming months.

In 2017, Rogers appeared in 14 games for the Steelers and caught 18 passes for 149 yards receiving and one touchdown.
