Texans Sign OT Seantrel Henderson To One-Year, $4.5M Extension

The Houston Texans announced that they have signed OT Seantrel Henderson to a one-year contract extension through the 2019 season.

According to Ian Rapoport, Henderson’s one-year extension carries a max value of $4.5 million.

Henderson, 26, is a former seventh-round pick of the Bills back in 2014. He played out the final year of his four-year, $2,270,880 rookie contract and signed a one-year, $4 million deal with the Texans that included a $1.7 million base salary back in March.

Henderson appeared in one game this season before sustaining a broken ankle that landed him on the season-ending injured reserve.

In 2018, Henderson appeared in one game for the Texans.
