Browns Trade Veteran P Andy Lee To Panthers

The Panthers have already confirmed that they’ve traded a 2018 fourth-round pick and P Kasey Redfern to the Browns for P Andy Lee and a 2017 seventh-round pick.

Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that the Browns have agreed to trade veteran P Andy Lee to the Panthers.

Lee, 34, still has another three years remaining on his seven-year, $21.6 million contract that included $3.6 million guaranteed. He’ll make base salaries of $2.833 million (2016), $3.433 million (2017), and $4.134 million (2018) over the next four years

In 2015, Lee appeared in all 16 games for the Browns and totaled 2,889 punt yards on 70 attempts and four touchbacks.
