NFL Notes: Draft, Colts, Jets, Rams, & Saints

Draft

Colts

The Indianapolis Colts announced Wednesday that they’ve parted ways with DC Greg Manusky, safeties coach Roy Anderson, secondary coach Mike Gillhamer, strength and conditioning coach Roger Marandino, TEs coach Alfredo Roberts and RBs coach Charlie Williams.

“We are grateful for the contributions these coaches have made to the Colts during their time here,” said Head Coach Chuck Pagano. “Obviously these days are never easy. We wish all of these men the best in their future endeavors.”

Jets

• The Jets announced that special teams coordinator Bobby April, assistant special teams coach Steve Hagen and assistant offensive line coach Ron Heller will not be back with the team.

Rams

• The St. Louis Rams won’t renew the contracts of assistant coaches Ben Sirmans (RBs), Ray Sherman (WRs), Jeff Garcia (Off), Paul F. Boudreau (STs), and Adam Bailey.  (Myles Simmons)

• Bruce Feldman reports that Saints QBs coach Mike Neu is expected to become the new head coach at Ball State.
