Packers Waive LB Antonio Morrison

According to ESPN’s Field Yates, the Green Bay Packers have waived LB Antonio Morrison.

Morrison was acquired in a trade with the Colts during the 2018 offseason.  

According to Rob Demovsky, Morrison had been set to receive a salary escalator to $2.02 million.  
 
Morrison, 24, is a former fourth-round pick of the Colts back in 2016. He was in the third year of his four-year, $2.859 million contract.
 
In 2018, Morrison appeared in 16 games for the Packers and recorded 48 tackles, one sack and no interceptions or pass defenses.
