The San Francisco 49ers have signed Notre Dame OTย Mike McGlincheyย to a four-year rookie contract, according to Tom Pelissero.

McGlinchey, 24, was taken with the No. 9 overall pick in this year’s NFL Draft by the 49ers. According to OverTheCap.com, Smith receives a four-year, $18,411,708ย contract that includes an $11,470,322 signing bonus.
The contract includes a fifth-year option for the 49ers to pick up in 2021.
During his four-year college career at Notre Dame, McGlinchey earned Associated Press Second Team All-American honors in 2016, Phil Steele Third Team All-American honors 2016, and was named to the 2017 Maxwell Award watch list, 2017 Outland Trophy watch list, and Lombardi Award watch list in 2016.
