The San Francisco 49ers announced the signing of LB Kion Wilson on Wednesday.
- The 49ers also placed LB Blake Costanzo on season-ending injured reserve with an undisclosed injury.
Wilson, 27, signed with the San Diego Chargers as an undrafted free agent out of South Florida back in 2010. He later played for the Panthers and Steelers.
Wilson has appeared in 15 total games over the course of his career and recorded 18 tackles and a forced fumble.
