AFC West Notes: Broncos, Chiefs, Raiders

Broncos

• Ian Rapoport reports that the Broncos will allow executive Gary Kubiak to pursue an offensive coordinator job with another team, though he will not be a candidate for Denver’s OC vacancy.
• According to Mike Klis, former Broncos DC Joe Woods will “likely” meet with the Jaguars, Redskins, and “possibly” one more team before making decision “midweek.” Klis adds that teams are interested in him as a defensive backs coach.
• Klis reports that the Broncos have denied interview requests from teams interested in speaking with RBs coach Curtis Modkins.
• Klis says that the expectation is that DL coach Bill Kollar and LBs coach Reggie Herring will return.
• According to Klis, the Broncos are not expected to retain DBs coach Marcus Robertson.

Chiefs

• Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that the Chiefs already have an heir apparent for OC Eric Bieniemy whenever he gets a head-coaching job in QBs coach Mike Kafka.

Raiders

• Paul Gutierrez reports that Georgia Tech is hiring Raiders assistant DL coach Marco Coleman as their next defensive ends coach.
