Alabama RB Trent Richardson Will Not Participate In On-The-Field Drills

NFL.com’s Jason La Canfora reports that Alabama RB Trent Richardson will be a participant in on-the-field drills during the upcoming Scouting Combine.

Richardson reportedly had a “minor scope” a few weeks back after suffering a minor injury leading up to the National Championship game.

Many draft experts see Richardson as the only legitimate first-round running back in this years draft which should help to prevent his draft stock from falling too much. Richardson will take part in all of the on-field testing so teams will be able to get a look at his measurements.
