Field Yates reports that the Chicago Bears have waived DL Brandon Dunn on Saturday to make room for P Spencer Lanning, who signed to a contract yesterday.
Dunn, 23, signed on with the Bears as an undrafted free agent out of back in May of last year. He spend most of the season on the Bears’ practice squad before later being promoted to their active roster in November.
Dunn wound up appearing in three games for Chicago in 2014 and recorded a tackle and a pass defense.
This season, Dunn has appeared in one game and has two total tackles to his credit.
