Bears WR Alshon Jeffery “Could Miss Some Time” With Fractured Hand

According to Michael C Wright of ESPN, Bears WR Alshon Jeffery suffered a fractured his hand that was recently placed into a cast following Sunday’s win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Wright adds that Jeffery “could miss some time.”

Despite the fact that Jeffery will likely miss a few weeks with the injury, the Bears still caught a couple of breaks regarding his situation. Wright mentions that Jeffery will avoid surgery on his hand and the Bears have their bye this weekend.

Since it’s possible that Jeffery will miss Week 7’s game,Devin Hester and Earl Bennett should see additional playing time.
