That leaves just Cincinnati’s top two picks, first-round QB Joe Burrow and second-round WR Tee Higgins, unsigned.
Kareem, 22, was a two-year starter at Notre Dame where he was a team captain, before being selected in the fifth round of the draft by the Bengals.
He is expected to sign a four-year rookie deal worth $3,649,474, which includes a signing bonus of $354,474.
During his four-year career at Notre Dame, Kareem started in 26 games and recorded 109 tackles, 13 sacks, and four forced fumbles.
