Ben Baby is reporting that former XFL RB Jacques Patrick has agreed to a three-year deal with the Bengals on Thursday.
Patrick, 23, wound up going undrafted out of Florida State back in April of last year. He didn’t catch on with an NFL team, but was drafted by the Tampa Bay Vipers of the XFL.
In 2019, Patrick rushed for 254 yards on 60 carries (4.23 YPC) and two touchdowns to go along with five receptions for 49 yards receiving over the course of five games.
In 42 games at Florida State, Patrick rushed 366 times for 1,790 yards (4.9 YPC) and 17 touchdowns. He also totaled 47 catches for 356 yards and a touchdown.
