Bills Interviewed Texans Exec. Brian Gaine For GM Position

The Buffalo Bills announced Friday that they interviewed Texans Director of Player Personnel Brian Gaine for their GM vacancy.

• John McClain of the Houston Chronicle first reported that Gaine was scheduled to interview for the Bills’ GM vacancy.

This is the second candidate to interview for the Bills’ job after they met Panthers assistant GM Brandon Beane on Thursday.

The Bills officially fired GM Doug Whaley on Sunday following the 2017 NFL Draft, which didn’t come as much of a surprise, considering that there had been rumors that Whaley would be replaced for months.

1. Panthers director of player personnel Don Gregory
2. Chiefs co-director of player personnel Brett Veach
3. Packers director of football operations Eliot Wolf
4. Chiefs director of pro personnel Will Lewis
5. Steelers VP of football and business administration Omar Khan
6. Jaguars director of player personnel Chris Polian
7. Patriots director of player personnel Nick Caserio
8. Ravens assistant GM Eric DeCosta
9. Seahawks co-director of player personnel Trent Kirchner
