According to Tom Pelissero of NFL Media, the Bills restructured the contract TE Tyler Kroft’s in recent days.
Kroft will now make $4 million in 2020 with $3.4 million of this figure fully guaranteed. The Bills removed the final year of his contract, which means he’ll be an unrestricted free agent in 2021.
Kroft, 27, is a former third-round pick of the Bengals back in 2015. He finished the final year of his four-year, $2,971,276 rookie contract and became an unrestricted free agent.
Kroft signed with the Bills in 2019 on a three-year, $18.75 million deal in 2019.
In 2019, Kroft appeared in 11 games for the Bills and caught six passes for 71 yards receiving and one touchdown.
